Coaches work out either two to three times a week, because we have an alternating schedule. So every kid has eight classes. You go on a block schedule. And i collect rolling averages to see where we're headed. The biggest thing with these kids is that when busses come in they won't be fricking it so there's not going to be any immediate intent or drive for the win. We just mind ming buzzed out, ik, all sided, small sighded games. I'm always trying to tell my context, this only works in my context.
