Is There Any Good Resources Out There?
Just starting can be the hardest part of getting into strength. There are just as many good trainers out there as there are bad ones. My general kind of go is most things, if you can do good form unloaded, then you start to progress to loading. So if you can't do a good body weight squat, probably don't need to throw a bar ball on your back. If i tell some one to run a certain pno effort and they come back and it looks like that was a little too spicy, we can usually, course, correct that pretty quickly.
