With women's menstruation cycles and monthly cycles, I sometimes hear there's a better time to do hard workouts or maybe take it a little bit easier. Do you believe in that? Theoretically so, I'm not sure if this would be a clinically significant change. But more than once a week, you really shouldn't be doing a workout to where you have extreme strain on your body.
