Is This a New French Oak?
It's still got that earthy character as well. There's quite a bit of sort of wet rock. That rainy wet rock is definitely, to me, something unique about this wine. And there's just a little funk and a little bitterness. Got a little bit of boost to it. I would say probably over 14%. This is not a shy wine. It's pretty bold. The earthiness and minerality and also the style and approach here feels like this wine is trying to speak a little bit more of its place rather than how it was crafted.
