Design Thinking in Sales
Design thinking is a way of looking for insights about your customer that are novel. The idea came from the world of design, and it occurred to us like, isn't that what great sellers do? So we actually started playing with teams at sales force. We gave them tools and then we coached them in the use of the tools against target accounts. And the results were ridiculous. I mean, i couldn't you believe, but they were opening up new accounts. They were sort of landing million dollar deals and ways they hadnt before.
