You Know Physiological Testing Is Good for Your Training

The workouts are just as informative if you can gauge how the athlete is performing objectively and subjectively in those kinds of workouts so yeah regarding then testing. We have sort of here we have like a video video to master some moxie monitors and and lactate so it usually you know it will come down what what we actually decide to do but I would say ideally physiological testing is good to set set that baseline to understand that current current location of their profile.
