How to Improve Your Limiters
The focus of this cycle is on improving those limiters and what we mean by that is what movements limited your ability to move up the leaderboard it's do better than what you did in the open or in quarterfinals. These are going to be more windler style which I'm excited about because it allows us to give you options on controlling the volume well. We've got to start basic by driving up your ceiling of strength first. And so the same thing is true with the CrossFit progressions we want to think about this time of year let's get those limiters those things that we just talked about like the handstand pushups.
