How to Avoid Polyunsaturated Oils

People are starting to realize that these vegetable oils are actually seed oils and they're not good for people. Avoid anything fried, anything that's cooked in them. They're already rancid when they get to you, but they get worse with light, heat and air. Just really avoid that whole thing outside of like maybe having some servings of fish or possibly supplementing with Omega 3 with a mono-unsaturated fats.
