When we hear the term, you know, building muscle, i'm sure what people first think of is body builders in the gym. Older adults retain the capacity to respond to resistance training, but adherente is low. And a big part of that is likely these misconceptions of what resistance training means. So an athletic i tan easy line to make, if it's a getting stronger or being strong so that you can age well, that's a harder vision to come up with.
