I'm still not a good sleeper. I do all my worrying and organizing in the night. And then if I have a kid out, I won't be asleep until the kid gets home. So obviously no, so the alcohol is tough on you. Everyone's like boo. caffeine typically past 2 p.m. is not great for people. It really starts to uptick in a disruption to the sleep. Pro endorphin gives me a 90 minute boost. You put it in water, but it won't mess up my sleep. Love it. But even I'm in bed. We're never going to get it perfect even when we know.
