How Many Customers Wanted Money Back After the Product Shipped?

The product, you got the product in front of those customers, how many of them started using it? They all started using it. But after a while, like it was necessarily that specific challenge that was top of mind or priority anymore at that point. So there's still from those five or seven, I forgot how many it actually were, there's still probably two or three really using it to its full potential. The other ones, it's either they've churned or like they're not really doing what it was intended to do.
