There's a website called World Wide Words. They've collected a list of animals with names that are suggestive of emotion. Of which the sarcastic fringe head is one of them. The confused flower beetle looks like another kind of beetle, not because walking around and all knowing what’s going on. Have you heard of the Tetra fish?
