Do You Combine Endurance and Power Training in the Year?

Pawer endurance and power are always combined together. The focu wich is on endurance for the late competition, but there is always a power endurance and and power training during during the week. Youre what i would call classical strength and conditioning work. So stuff that might be on for weights, t r x rings, bar things which aren't climbing movement. Where do you tend to fit those in the year? Is there some things which you do all the way through the year? Because for you they're just three, three exercises which are just very good for your shoulders,. But other bets you to more concentrated periods, or is it? How does that look for you? O
