Kundalini and Dopamine: A Pros and Cons
Kundalini yoga is one of many mind body practices that specifically aimed at working on the brain body connection. It can't help for many many things I think lymphatic drainage and alignment of the spine and flexibility but as it relates to Dopamine is there is a protocol or a usage there for Kundalini. And if we go back to women, how does this show up for them in their first phase of perause? That's where you know your cravings and so forth come from.
