Do You Do Two, Three Raps in a Workout?
i might do like four or five different drills within a workout. And i im never super out of breath whil i start a drill. That's just kind of a good rule of thumb to keep my quality raps high, which allows the speed development to happen. If i were to max out every day, and i were to make these drills seven to eight seconds, and i get a ton of changes of direction in ye i would be totally spent the next day. I wouldn't be able to perform at the high intensity that we talked about,. where i'd be close to my max speed.
