The Effects of Dehydration on Performance

Back in the early 2000s, the conventional advice for athletes was to drink ample fluid. Make sure you don't lose any weight. And generally it was seen as that less is more than 2% decrease in weight or dehydration. Loss of fluids actually started to impair performance. But maybe a bit of dehydration is not as bad as what we first thought.
