How to Get Better at Running

To get better at running, you have to increase your v o two max at running. The more that you can push it to the right, the harder and the faster that you can run while still metabilizing and using oxygen for energy. It's like where arobic threshold leaves off is now where the anerobic threshold is. So this means, ok, as i'm running and i’m getting better running, i can run at a higher hart rate, i canrun at a harder pace, and i can harder, and i'm not going to fatigue out.
