The conclusion i drew from that was athletes who were heavily involved in glicolitic activity really ought not restrict carbohydrates much as, say, athletes who are doing things that can be done at a much more arobic level. Now, i am agan mention that ou spend all this time on a very low carbohydrate diet and saw, you kno enormous improvements in my aro ic fitness. When it was all said and done, my anerobic fitness did not deteriorate. But it took a very long time for that to come around.
