The Power of Habit Formation
I think there's just incredible power in doing the same thing every day. It's very easy to attach new habits to it, so I can adjust it and that's way easier than starting a new habit from scratch. The pandemic kind of screwed up my habit, my salad routine, which is why we need to think about habit formation as something you have to get good at because inevitably life will throw things at you and you'll have to redo your habit.
