The Importance of Ground Contact Time
If I have point whatever 3.4 seconds to produce force, I don't want to spend all of that ground contact time absorbing force. So we're stepping in, like on that right left example, when my left foot hits, I should be at my lowest position. There should be no more lowering. And from there, everything is up because then all of our ground contact goes towards force production. But you got to find the perfect ground contact time. The shortest ground contact time isn't always the best. If I go the shortest, I'm going to build up speed and then I'm just going to tip toe off the ground. No real force into the ground. I'm just
