Anger is essentially our brain protesting against something we're experiencing. And that's definitely going to be your mindset if you've lost someone or something. Just focus on doing the things that aren't really an effort to do, that you can push yourself to do. That would make them happy. But I want to jump back into one of those things that I mentioned before and that's the role of anger whilst you're grieving.
