Crossfit - Should We Use Full Ranges of Motion?

For the last ten years, i've been doing mostly crossfit type of stuff. Soe very bolistic types of movement,. Just get the reps done as fast as you can kind of thing. And i'll say one more thing and then see if you agree with what i'm saying. I want to hear a little bit about likely does it matter that i'm doing all mostly pushing movements? Should i be balancing that with pulling movements like so where do we go from there?
