Functional Training Is So Important

The hands and feet are a good barometer for how the rest of the body is functioning. If you can't walk down, say, a 20 or 30 foot balance beam, forward and backward barefoot, without falling off, you've probably got a foot stability problem or weakness too. Try to work so you can t try to make them more symmetrical. Most people are not pro athletes. Grey most people are not going to be pro athletes. So we have to account for that in our training and understand that. It's no different than an athlete doing the same thing every day.
