After World War II it's a book estimated that the food that we ate had about like 30% more minerals on average so you know 30% more magnesium and maybe some other vitamin's minerals are a bit less. On average is about 20% to 30% less minerals than even just a few decades ago. This is because of these pesticides and chemicals that have been used on the foods to grow on the crops which decreases basically the the newgen content or the ability of the plants to absorb minerals from the soil.
