"CrossFit is a complicated activity to engage yourself in on the one hand if you didn't do CrossFit you wouldn't be exercising or lifting weights then I think you should continue doing CrossFit," he says. "I just have seen so many people get injured and I've just it's just it makes me so nervous again none of these exercises are bad but when you do them for speed they're not going to be very clean right?" He adds, "There's real risk of injury here and you're put you're putting yourself in an environment where your form is inherently going to break down because you're focused on speed"
