Your practice is the weave of mindfulness and compassion that's presented in rain. When we get hijacked by fear, when we're hijacked by the survival brain, it's really hard to remember the way home. So these are the words of roomy. Be empty of worrying. Think of who created thought. Why do you stay in prison when the door is so wide open? And put outside the tangle of fear thinking. Live in silence. Flow down and down in always widening rings of being.
