Quin: I don't view professional interviewing as an adversarial endeavor. The first rule of interviewing is that you, as the interviewer, should be trusted. That will get people to open up and make better matches for jobs. But at the end of the day, if it's a good job, you're going to say no to far more many people than saying yes.
