Isometric Training

The problem with isometrics or is that strength is very specific to the angle that the isometric is trained. It just becomes very inefficient to do isymetric at all different ranges of motion. But i do think it's an e effective strategy to help to get past sticking points. Some people, just based on their own what are called internal moment arms, l might have more trouble in certain s omotion than other people would. And it can be a strategy to help get around that level.
