Aren't They Still Laws?
Dworkin: Law and morality are identical, but they have a very interesting, complicated intersection. When morality gets into the system in some way, morality is still a part of it. So that's one of the motivations for positivism; legality can be very, very far from morality. But we could still have a way of talking about its validity in terms of pedigree.
