A and london research, and adobe did some research into the barriers for using better vegital analytics and customer intelligence. And i have to say, you know, no surprises really. The top one was the culture of the organization. So if they're not prepared to let employees ask a lot of questions, dig deeper, experiment, get it wrong, invest that time in that deep understanding then that's the biggest barrier to using insights. But as i said, the tools are getting a lot easierfar for anybody to use.
