There's a lot of places popping up today that will stretch you. But from what I've seen, it is a lot of passive stretching. You're not going to get better at joint stability, joint balance by passively stretching. And so if there is a facility and they're just focusing on passive stretching, like the technique that I just kind of stated, yeah, it's essentially massage envy.
