And two, now I have a pretty clear sense of what contraction versus expansion feels like. You know, every moment that I can wake up and notice contraction versus expansion, it's helpful. She says she was interested in real world based learning from a practical level as an addiction psychiatrist trying to understand how her patients' minds work. "I'm certainly not claiming anything, but I feel like I have enough of a sense of what contracting versus expanding feels like," he said.
