I see people try and train for five years straight on fiftye mill, 20 mill 25 mil edged bt. And it's just so much harder to create change,. cause your body getsyou know, it gets very used to the thing that you throw at it... You have to mix it up e at whatever level that you are, otherwise you just get much less back from the effort that you put in in the training session. Um, i guess i'm saying as my, my mental approach to climbing has always been a weakness. I think, m i'm like, pretty hard on myself.
