The training that you're talking about is kind of the roots and the trunk, right, of giving them that. And our main goal if I'm, if I'm zooming out is like, we're trying to manufacture experience for that rap in this persona which we can't really make them do but we're going to try our damnedest to get it as close as possible. Right? As we're growing through that roots analogy that foundation, they're now understanding these problems so deeply they feel like they can kind of talk about them.
