Seeing Other People Doing the Work
i noticed that you were often the one to start a conversation in the group. You were very good at leveraging the support that comes from being part of that small community. I think i tend to be a talker or so, if anything. And as a teacher, i know there's people in class rooms who take up too much space and too many time. So coming back over and over to find that motivation and support from seeing other people doing the work was really important for me.
