The Importance of Injury Minimization Practices

The biggest game changer with athletes was always when we started to work together with a good physical therapist. To have this close relation to a person who is in best case two times a week, can also give feedback to the coach. Having an injury can cost you time, it can even cost you career. So for me, it's really a must when you go in a training camp with high load that you have a physiotherapist with you. And then we talked about team and cycling, I think also in trial on this team is crucial. Here, just you have to take care that it's clear for everybody what his role is.
