There's all this like messaging about, like, manager cravings and all of that. Do you think, listen to your cravings. Eat something salty, eat something high at cards. How do you feel about that? I i don't like to put a negative scope on food as i mean, everyone has this negative self talk,. We come from a long history within the fitness industry, of things are good and things are bad, and we shouldn't do this, and we should do that.
