Elgin's Seers' Homes
When Rebecca first moved to Elgin in the mid-90s, almost no one there knew what a seers' house was. She happened upon a book about seer's homes and decided to walk around her neighborhood looking for them. After 10 or 15 minutes of walking, she found an Avalon model on Plum Street. The Mitchell, the Crescent, the Volonia also turned up.
