Having a healthy brain is good and in some of these other things we'll talk about yeah metabolic health. But what does that really mean in actual kind of real world terms? Well, I think the most pronounced ones have to do with positive effects on neurogenesis which is essentially the process by which new neurons are formed in the brain. And second to that as well as is the neuroplasticity which are two terms you've probably heard at least at some point in your life potentially Neuroplasticity refers to the brain's ability to sort of modify change and adapt structurally and function throughout your life.
