Do You Need to Do a Fasted Training Session?

Training low involves doing a couple of sessions a week in what we would call a carb depleted state. You need to replenish the amount of carbs that your body would require for the rest of the day after the training session. It's not actual popular in alite level am running, but it is define something that has banded down. Ima large chunk of my life was affected by eating disorders and i wonder whether things like this are a slippery slope too.
