In recent years, we've wanted to place blame on agriculture for a lot of these problems that we're seeing coming from it. And I don't think it like it helps us to vilify agriculture because really, they've just been responding to market demands and progressively over time in an effort to create more calories,. There've been unintended externalities. That said, I think we know way more than enough to be able to grow substantial significant yields...and do it in an environmentally sustainable way.
