Coaching is really about being in the business of empowerment. What are we empowering people with? Andn the biggest thing, i think, is purpose. When when we deliver a purpose to the training programme that this person is using, that's going to create the progress. We want people to live happy, healthy, fulfilled life. Health literacyis pretty, pretty poor, and people are not doing super well right now. But it's really trying to create, ah, that this to get out of this health poverty in the way that happenss through education. The biggest thing is just making sure that everyone's being educated and that they their given purpose and in the movements that they're doing
