Both legs actually grew by about three millimeters, right? Three millimeters each doesn't sound like much, but that's the total hypertrophy that was experienced. And it was very similar between the two protocols. Of course, there was some individual variability where some people gained a little more in the RIL egg, others gained a bit more in the failure leg. We're talking about very minor differences here. But that's how things looked on average.
