The Role of Sleep in ADHD
Sleep is the period of inactivity and absence of awareness during which your body's down for night. From a scientific perspective, you can divide your sleep into five phases that cycle. As we move towards the morning, the dream phase known as REM for rapid eye movement, because your eye moves quick, that lasts longer. Melatonin controls our sleep cycle, allowing us to feel sleepy.
