How to Build Robustness in Your Handstrings
High speed running can build robustness in our handstrings, but once it's done correctly. For every ten meters you should be taking a minute break if you're reaching that high speed running. I like to supersed em so that the they will take that break. So go reverse nardings and maybe nori hamstring exercise for the hamstrings. The principals still carry over too, things like the calf and quod and the glots.
