There's some commonalities that you see especially for seeing things for so long. We see a lot of digestive problems bloating ibs issues people that have different things that we find on labs like SIBO small intestinal bacterial overgrowth which is at the east it's bacterial but there's something called cfo which is small intestinal fungal overgrowth which can go hand in hand both. i had no idea and somebody turned me on to the body ecology okay book and it changed my life i had no idea that the western diet was overly sweet and overly acidic yeah.
