How to Overcome a Freakout
I think an important aspect to recognize when whenever we have a freakout like that, whether or not it's during competition season or off season is ask ourselves or really inquire what it really is that we're freaking about out about. It might not actually just be, you know, we lose our caps or we're not as tight or whatever it is. We want to see if it's coming from a place of like actual insecurity and also identify if it's a continued pattern. Are we always constantly looking for what's wrong, what's missing, what's not enough? Or are we actually just enjoying the process and seeing like, Oh, okay. What do I do here? Yeah.
