For fall, you want to do a cleanse that's kind of geared more towards building and so you want to eat like really high nutrient dense foods. Squash has lots of beta carotene which is good for healing the skin. Almonds, walnuts, cashews, um, uh, flax chia seeds are really, really great. Getting a lot of water into hydration, eliminating caffeine. Hydration is a terrible thing for ourselves.
