I think especially in 82, it's like, I think it's less rest you do or it's longer interval is your lactate just starts to go higher and higher. And then also have some more rest than you would have on C level. Sounds like your clearance is pretty good, though. If you can drop that amount of lactate with just 5 seconds, so fair enough. Yeah, probably. It was my first time there at the lake. So I really loved the loop around the lake. But I also wanted to keep it flat as well. Because you know, yeah, yeah.
