What Is the Minimum of Training for the Zen Eight?

The Zen eight puts you in a kind of prone position right so it is more specific than just using the courts. I've used kind of swim specific stretch chords quite a bit which I found yeah really beneficial. Not with the Zen eight specifically I'm aware of it. It's hard to give like a specific number there but it isreally good for kind of specific conditioning and allows you to ingrain that specific swimming movement pattern. But it doesn't allow you to get a proper feel for the water so that's where you need to kind of recognize its limitations I guess.
